to everyone!
i woke up and i found it hard to turn my head to the left.
haha its locked..
and its connected to my left shouler and upper left back.
ouch.
i cant move as well haha
and it fcking hurts like a bitch.
i tried soaking it with hot water while i was showering.
took 45 min until all the hot water was gone.
and now im using those hot compress pads.
ahhhh
